All our staff will have their temperature checked before entering the building at the start of every shift.
All staff serving customers will be wearing a face covering unless exempt for medical reasons.
We will ensure that all our staff have the facilities to wash or sanitise their hands regularly and in between service and food preparation time.
There will be special training to all staff about social distancing and general COVID awareness.
Our Restaurant/ Customers:
We will reduce the capacity of the restaurant to allow social distancing.
Clear signage will be displayed in and around the restaurant to promote social distancing and general COVID awareness for our guests.
Hand sanitiser will be provided to all customers and staff at entry and exit points as well as wherever possible (we encourage customers to use the hand sanitiser provided as often as they can)
Doors will be kept open where possible to reduce the use of door handles and to improve air circulation.
Touch points and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitised regularly.
Where possible, bookings will be staggered, and customers will be asked to arrive no earlier than their booking time to avoid overcrowding.
All guests (except those who are exempted and children under the age of 11) will be required to wear a face unless when they are seated at their allocated table.
Guests are advised to not sit face to face unless they are from the same household.
We will sanitise our menus after each use.
